Recco the white pepper chicken soup! Very rich flavour and packed with umami, complemented by a peppery warmth—especially delightful as it was raining that day. They used lots of nutritious ingredients. My favourite part was the tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken.

Special mention to the attention to hygiene, with each table having its own pot of condiments.
