100g normal karubi, 100g rosu, 50g A5 Miyazaki supreme premium kalbi

Go for 200g rice, you have a choice between 150g and 300g as well but I believe 200g of rice is more than enough even with 350g of meat, because their high quality jap rice is sticky

Their normal karubi is great as usual, it's really superb if you cook it well.

Their rosu is very meaty, cos it's lean but it's still very tender, not chewy. char one side quickly and flip to the other side for a very short while, don't overcook it

Wagyu though, it's really proper wagyu can you can tell from the marbling(bottom right corner) But when it's this thin, it's really not that much more tender than the karubi. Also the margin of error is smaller, it's harder to cook. Too little and the fats wouldn't have melted yet, too much and it's not as tender as it can be

I would recommend whacking 250g of karubi instead tbh, for 3/5 of the price
