Not that it was the best of the dishes we tried; but simply cause for someone who doesn't usually like/eat rice, I couldn't keep my hands off this Lamb Briyani. The long-grained basmati rice was cooked perfectly, the generous amounts of tender lamb chunks were absolutely delightful - but what made the dish for me was the amazing use of spice. I love how the wilted mint leaves are interlaced with the spiced rice, adding a little bit of mellowed freshness that cuts through all the rich flavours.
