We opted for the Mee Rebus Gearbox (RM 18) which was a flavour bomb with its tender mutton marrow. 😋 The yellow noodles were cooked to perfection with no hint of the dreaded alkaline taste that can sometimes ruin noodle dishes. The thick and rich gravy was the highlight of the dish, and it was garnished with a boiled egg, crispy keropok, fried onion, green chilli, Chinese parsley, and halved lime. 🍜🥚🌿
The gravy was simply amazing – thick, savoury, and sweet all at the same time. 😍 The fritter added a lovely texture to the dish, while the egg and gamey mutton meat made for a filling and satisfying meal. The best part was getting to suck the collagen from the bone marrow! 🤤
