First time trying fried porridge thanks to my colleagues' recommendation & wow, my mind is blown. What a hearty, filling bowl! It is starchy, fragrant (from the Shallot oil, I presume) & really tasty. I had the Mixed Pig Organs Fried Porridge, & my colleagues had the Century Egg variant - which also looked good.

I heard the other dishes here are pretty good too... Like their plethora of noodle dishes, bakuteh, etc. That explains the snaking long lines at lunch time!
