The much hyped about sakura Soft Serve was unfortunately rather disappointing for me. This just tasted like vanilla ice cream with a very slight bitter, medicinal undertone. Except that it's pink... Which makes for a great photo anyway. So if you're not taking photos of your food, just give this a miss. It is perhaps expected since sakura by itself is virtually tasteless. I don't know if it was because my taste buds are spoilt or because everyone else has imagined a floral scent that had led to my raised expectations. I probably wouldn't travel all the way to Icon Village just for this next time.
