Broth is rich (not the clear type), mhk is not hand torn but cut bc its even & uniform. Kinda like bossi ban mian at sgoon gardens. It’s slurpy and thin, q al dente and very smooth and slidey. They crack a raw egg into the bowl, so there’s a runny yolk! Veg here is spinach, but wasn’t a lot. The minced meat was alright but not particularly great. Ikan wasn't too salty. A good bowl of mhk, but those who prefer the chunkier kind would not prefer this!
