Spinach has always been my usual order at caifan stalls ๐ High in iron & vitamins, it is also my best bet at loading up loads of good fibre & essential nutrients from the dark leafy greens! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Tau Kee (Beancurd skin) is awesome with porridge or with rice! ๐คค๐คค๐คค Having absorbed the essence of the gravy they were braised in, these add so much savoury flavours to the plate! ๐

Beansprouts add a nice crunch to the plate & I added them cuz these look pretty clean! ๐๐๐ With some carrots ๐ฅ & spinach added when stir-frying, I liked that it brought some vibrancy to my plate. ๐๐ป

Braised egg ๐ณ could be braised for a longer time but well, it still was a yummy & good source of protein! ๐ช๐ป
