:) The menu looked so enticing with its variety of #salmon choices that we had a hard time deciding what to eat. The Salmon Mentaiko is freshly seared, and slathered with umami spicy codfish roe, while the Garlic Shoyu Salmon was a delightful cooked option, braised in their signature garlic-soy dressing.
