The King Crab Leg was ever so lightly and evenly grilled over Binchotan Charcoal that it was halfway between a Sashimi and a grilled dish. This ensures that the sweetness and juiciness of the King Crab was retained while it gained a little firmness and smokiness via char-grilling. Still the best crab I have ever eaten. @kishosg #burpple
