This soup is a real gem and it totally swept me off my feet. The egg complemented the cold soup well and I really enjoyed my soup with the crunchy leek chips. This was a starter on the set lunch menu and I love how their menu changes every week. One may say that with a choice of only 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, is that too small a choice? My verdict, you don't need a large selection when you rock at every option you offer!
