Slurp.
Thatโs how thick and gao and flavourful the Laksa broth is at ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ธ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ, that I want to drink the entire bowl ๐ Each ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ set is super affordable, and chock full of yummy ingredients. Whatโs even more amazing? You get the most unique and special sides to go with your YTF, like ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ธ๐ฎ ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ ($3) and silky smooth rolls of ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ป ($4 set with 4pcs).
The ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ ($3) are the best. A Hakka specialty made of yam, topped with sprinklings of crispy golden fried shallot, glistening slivers of shiitake mushrooms and slices of fresh scallions, itโs pretty rare to find in Singapore.
The stall is run by the most wonderful people, and they are really considerate too, asking if I wanted my fried items to be placed separately on a small plate so it didnโt get soggy in the soup.
Affordable prices. Yummy food. Great people. Hands down one of my favourite yong tau foo places in SG.
