May look like a plain normal fish soup, but this is really on another level. The fish soup ($5/6) at Lin Ji Tang Yu Zhou has such a wonderful clear broth with the umami coming from the fried garlic pieces, with extremely fresh fish slices. This is really comforting on any day!
