The Tomato Soup with Crab was the perfect starter, flavourful like a bisque and very comforting. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Caviar was a decadent show-stopper, crispy yet wonderfully moist on the inside with an outer coating of umami. The salsa was a good addition, tangy and helped negate some of the saltiness. Desserts are their forte and the two cakes we had, Five Stones and San Domingue, were mind-blowingly good.
