We tried the 2 variations of the Chilled Truffle Somen with Raw Hokkaido Scallops and
▪️Salmon Ikura ($32)
▪️Hokkaido Seasonal Uni ($75)

Enjoyed the rich creamy uni and juicy scallop with fish roe. Typically, I have reservations about home-based establishments which serve raw food especially because it requires sensitive handling. But I was impressed by the careful thought placed into ensuring the quality of its food 😌

They have also recently expanded into a 6-seater dining space that serves omakase.
