Next up was the Chilli Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab Squid Pasta (RM 42) 🍝🦀🍳, which was an explosion of flavors in every bite. The creamy salted egg sauce, soft and silky noodles, and lemakiness were a perfect combination. Though we couldn't taste the squid ink in the noodles, the dish was still incredibly enjoyable. And the crispy soft shell crab added a savoury crunch to each bite.
