I've been a fan of Menya Musashi's Tsukemen since 2014 & it's honestly one of the best tsukemen in Singapore. At Menya, the only thing I order is their Black Garlic Soup Aburi Chashu Tsukemen, 2pc Chashu ($10.90++) 4 pc Chashu ($14.90++). The black garlic soup is served next to a bed of thick and Q noodles which you can upsize for FREE to 5x the regular portion of 120 grams! The Chashu is torched to perfection & the noodles packs a super umami taste when dipped in the black garlic broth. The only complain I'll have is that the dipping broth does tend to get cold easily & that unlike many other tsukemen shops, Menya doesn't offer dashi stock to pour into the broth for customers to drink up their soup at the end of the meal. Overall, it's a definitely YES from me for it's affordability & it's deliciousness! The black garlic soup & the springy noodles topped with bamboo shoots, spring onions and garlic really makes a great meal! Remember to brace yourself for the subsequent food coma though 😂
