I was struggling to classify this post... If you like your okonomoyaki (Japanese vegetarian pancake with those fluffing bonito flakes) and pajun (Korean pancake) and can't make up your mind, this is probably your best choice. Simply, this has to be one of the "must order" staple. I never underestimate the creativity of the chefs at Joo Bar, but one crazy thought crosses my mind that they should perhaps try add some ssamjang (Korean BBQ bean paste sauce) for that extra fusion kick.
