One of my favourite lasagna to date. Homemade green (possibly made from spinach) pasta sheets, layered with minced meat, tomato sauce, light cream and a small drizzle with pesto sauce, and finally a thin crisp cheese sheet on top it all! The end result, light, al dente, and absolutely heart warming Italian dish. With its impeccable setting, and ambience, you feel like you're in someone's home with a firewood oven, and open kitchen to watch your food come to live.
