I only chanced upon the 3-month old outlet of Stuff'd in the basement of Bugis Junction this afternoon. But I can already envision becoming a regular after enjoying a most satisfying takeaway lunch from here. A Halal-certified brand, Stuff'd serves up really fresh, flavourful Mexican and Turkish food for a flat fee of $6.80 (unless you want an extra base of hummus, guacamole or cheese, then that's $1 more). It took me just 5 steps to have a yummy value-for-money meal ready to grab and go.
Step 1 involved choosing from the four options of a quesadilla, burrito, kebab or bowl (which basically means no carbs, so everything is piled into a plastic container - this is what I had). Step 2 was to add any or all of the assorted veg (of course I asked to have everything). For Step 3, I was allowed to pick two sauces from the available six (the super spicy habanero and refreshing cucumber mayo were recommended, so I went for those and they proved to be awesome!). Step 4 was all about the meat (I loved their tender, spicy beef chilli con carne but if red meat's not your thing, there's grilled chicken). Last but not least came the toppings: butter corn, adobo black beans, couscous, mashed potatoes and cilantro rice. I didn't want to load up on carbs today so the first two was enough.
Even as I chomped my way through the blast of flavours in my bowl, I couldn't stop myself from raving about its deliciousness to everyone else in my office. Now it seems they're planning to get Stuff'd soon too šŸ˜

There's always a queue at the bugis branch! Same for the city sq mall branch
Julius Lim Waaah... I didn't know they're so popular! I was there around 2.30pm and there were a few people ahead of me. Then again, if there is good food that's well-priced, there's bound to be many customers šŸ˜„
Only $6.80 for that?! Are you serious?! šŸ˜±
Russell Leong I'm not kidding - it's really only $6.80! šŸ˜„
