Since it's my first time there, the smart decision was to go for the Crayfish Seafood Soup, the most expensive item in the menu.

At $12, this does not come cheap but it's oh-so-worth-it! There is definitely a difference in taste from ordering the crayfish version versus the normal seafood soup ($6/$8), as the addition of crayfish and tiger prawns added a level of sweetness and umami-ness in the broth. Besides that, the freshness of ingredients and especially the minced meat which has mushrooms mixed into it makes it an outstanding seafood soup. Pro tip: go for the $12 version and remember to have it with their blended chilli, which has a certain tanginess in the taste.
