Cooked till medium doneness, the meat was tender and flavorful. Itโll be better if they could tone down on the amount of salt used.

I am impressed with this dish! The baby octopus was so fresh and tender with a good chewy bite to it! Stir-fried in a very fragrant and flavorful in-house special sauce.

Available in 4 different flavors, I tried ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ง๐ฒ๐๐จ๐ฆ and ๐๐จ๐ฒ flavors. The skin was crisp and the meat was tender. I personally prefer the Yangnyeom flavor which is a mix of spicy and sweet flavors.
