Any idea where to dine for the upcoming Mother’s Day? Paradise Group of Restaurants has specially curated some exclusive dishes inspired by mom’s cooking for this Mother’s Days, there is something that will appeal to your mother and your whole family!

I am here with my family at Canton Paradise to celebrate Mother’s Day as they offer an extensive all-day HK classic menu such as roast specialties, piping-hot dim sum and wok-fried dishes. We have also ordered these two Mother’s Day dishes to celebrate this occasion.

▪️Deep-fried Sea Prawn with Minced Garlic避风塘蒜香海虾 $19.80 (*U.P.$23.80):The juicy and plump prawns are fried to a crispy perfection, and then tossed with bits of garlic that lend a fragrance and addictive crunch in every bite.

▪️Stewed Eggplant with Salted Fish in Claypot鱼香肉松茄子煲$12.80 (*U.P.$15.80): The chunks of eggplants soak up the delicious sauce, and provide a gratifying mouth feel. The salted fish adds an incredible depth of flavour.
