Harry's Mushroom & Truffle Flatbread Pizza is a perennial favourite according to my fellow #burpplers at the recent #eatup.

Flatbread is probably the best way of describing the pizza crust. It is thin but not shattering crisp like thin crust pizzas. It also has a more doughy texture. The flatbread pizza is topped with cheese, aioli, button mushrooms and of course Truffle oil, giving it a savoury and aromatic flavour.

This pizza is one of the mains offered under the #burpplebeyond 1-for-1 deal and based on what I have heard from the other #burpplers, you should definitely make this one of your mains!
