Meng Heong signature 'Dry Assam Fish' is extremely refreshing on the palate. Its name 'dry' is a little misleading as the presence of the dressing is not even close to being dry. Unlike the conventional more liquid type of Assam, the ones here are thicker, somewhat similar to cream and is made with everything sour, creating a rich, tangy dressing. The Assam is the highlight of this dish. It is highly scented, extremely flavourful and very colourful that will not only satisfy your tastebuds but also your eyes and nose.
