We wanted to try their sambal stingray but their sambal wasn't ready πŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺπŸ˜ͺ

Instead we had Jiao Cai's salted egg yolk sotong. It took awhile to be ready as the dish was made to order. We like that the batter was shattering crisp and the sauce just right --- not too sweet or savoury. We will be back to try their sambal stingray!
