Nice silky congee packed with flavors and ready detailed prepared ingredients. The liver was cut in just the right thickness which gave it a “crisp” texture. No foul smell from any of the ingredients. Initially I found it a little under-seasoned but as I get into the bottom of the bowl, the taste was just right. Every hint of sweet was felt. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 .
