What I tried,
OSAKA OKONOMIYAKI
TANOSHII special dough mix with cabbage, egg, pork & seafood. Special okonomiyaki sauce & katsuobushi are added on top. The exterior of the okonomiyaki is grill till crispy & brown, as my teeth sank unto, it gave off an extremely inviting crunchy texture while interior soft. The speical okonomiyaki sauce give a boost of flavour with savoury & a tinge of sweetness. *Please take note that it takes around 20 minute but totally worthy the wait.
