It is glazed with white miso such that it becomes soft and even sweeter when heated. 😋 A different dining experience whereby the dishes are served using a long wooden paddle from the kitchen to your table! .
It takes a little challenge to locate Kurama as there is no visible signage. Simply walk along Millenia Walk's Nihon Food Street and you’ll spot Kurama through a veiled doorway. .
