First off, the croissants are beautifully laminated with an amazingly crisp, flaky exterior and full of buttery goodness. Stuff with filling yet retain its crisp integrity. Just imagine the crisp is like as though it has been double fried.

Strawberry Cheese Croissant.
Filled with freshly made strawberry jam, smooth luscious cream cheese, and garnished with strawberry chocolate shavings. Is like eating a luxurious cheesecake except in a crisp buttery croissant. This is definitely my favourite! I will marry it over and over again.

Their bakes are all so captivating and a magnificent sight to behold. Very presentable and loved the details.
