I ordered Spicy Beef Soup with Beef Tendon and Sliced US Beef ($24.80). The spicy beef broth is rich and flavourful, and the spongy tofu soaked up all that goodness. The melt-in-your-mouth tendon is really good. The sliced beef is very soft as well. Another highlight is the accompanying noodles, which is firm and chewy and drizzled in a fragrant chilli oil. So good! This is a tad pricey but the taste is on point and the portion is generous. Glad to try this!
