Fridays call for some carbs-heavy, rich Indian food. This Chicken Bryani ($7) just the perfect fit. 2 papadum, 1 egg, 1 chicken thigh, a creamy scoop of yogurt and a mountain of basmati rice. The serving was so generous, I only managed to finish half the portion for lunch and was well on my way to a food coma 😵 Coming back for sure!
