Silky smooth and slightly firm, with a gentle wobble, the classic pudding is topped with whipped cream, cherry and lightly burnt caramel and it's body drenched in caramel sauce. There's notes of sweetness with very subtle complex hints of bitterness. I ordered a cup of coffee to go with the dessert. What a good way to spend the morning. (:
