HOKKAIDO IKURA TARTAR KAKI TEMPURA
Huge Hokkaido Oyster coated with special tempura batter, deep fried to perfection, topped off Ikura & serve with homemade tartar sauce. The plump, creamy specimen of oyster perfectly paired with the gentle crunch of the batter & I like the explosion of the ikura along with it.
