✨: Plus point of the salad is definitely the health aspect.
Like, come on, it’s a salad. I have to commend the portion size too. This bowl kept be pretty satiated. It’s nice to have control over what you want in your bowl. Or, if you’re indecisive, you could go with their pre-designed renditions.
💬: For a fully vegan bowl, though, I’d say it’s quite pricey. Perhaps it’s just a me thing, but I can’t get myself to fully enjoy my meal knowing I could make the same for much cheaper. The one thing I did enjoy was my sister’s shoyu dressing. Overall, this bowl was just so-so for me. But hey, it may just be that I’m super bad at making a good combination for a salad. Also, I find that salad bars such as this one and the likes of Subway (that have an assembly line for veg) inevitably serve up not so fresh produce.
For healthy meals, I’d personally stick to preparing it at home myself (I say this now, but just watch me succumb to the temptation of going to another health food place TT)
