Tried the Tsubaki set menu. Comes with appetizer, 10 pcs nigiri, roll sushi, dessert. But i was to especially feature this fish roe rice bowl here. First time trying fish roe after a bad experience in some other jap restaurant and this had gave me a second thought on fish roe. This fish roe in the rice bowl here was fresh with not even a tinge of fishy taste at all! The fish roe filled up 3/4 of the bowl and 1/4 of rice. Together with the soft and tender sea urchin. Heaven combination! 😍😍😍
