Soup was quite good. Skin has a nice chew, filling was fine as well. Overall quite good flavours but the skin abit too much ratio wise

Still, 2 good Hangzhou xiaolongbaos was enough to change my opinion about Hangzhou xlbs. It's pretty good, if this is the average standard. The style makes sense also, if in need of a small refinement
