Tossed egg noodles (you can also choose from 3 others like kway teow) in minced pork, fried dumpling skin, peanuts, sugar and chili flakes. I wasn’t quite a fan of the mixture of flavours here which were mostly sweet and sour, except for the bits of salty shrimps which I really liked. It’d be good to dig into this right away too as the noodles can turn a little clumpy quite fast. That aside, I loved that bowl of super flavorful and peppery soup! Will probably try their soup noodles in future!
