The final three From Antoinette's La Croissanterie Breakfast Series:
- Quatre Fromages 4 Cheeses: with aged Cheddar, Gruyère, Parmesan and Mozzarella —
- Charcoal Kaya Croissant
- Matcha: made using matcha powder from Nishio in the Aichi prefecture of Japan
Out of these three, I enjoyed the kaya one the most. Don't come expecting a typical kaya spread though. Instead, think more of a satiny crème patissiere with subtle, but oh so lovely hints of coconut and pandan.
But among all the croissants Antoinette has introduced, the Chili Crab Croissant ($7.50) is still my favourite!
