I had a great meal, starting with the Double Salmon Chirashi Don. I chose the unique buckwheat soba base from the three available options, and the mala mentaiko sauce delivered a perfect spicy kick to a generous amount of salmon. The Tamago Miso Soup was a standout, served with a whole egg that had a delicious, runny yolk. A huge portion of perfectly fresh Edamame completed the meal—it was so big I couldn't finish it myself!
