- Broth was cloudy, very flavourful and murky with floating bits of savoury minced pork fat and fragrant fried garlic without an overwhelming porky taste, could tell it’s been simmered for long!
- Noodles were soft probably from the boiling hot soup, like a comforting bowl of slightly overcooked instant noodles, absorbing the deep flavour of the broth.
- Wontons had a silky smooth skin containing peppery minced meat 😋
- Meatballs had a firm bite and seemed to be handmade, but could’ve given more.
