What's on the table: Nagoya Chicken Wings, Black Truffle Ramen, Gambler's Gold (golden ale), Chicken Karaage, Truffle Edamame, Dragon's Back IPA, Black Garlic Ramen, and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen.

My picks are the light yet brothy Signature Tonkotsu Ramen as well as the Black Garlic Ramen with bold flavours. I'd also recommend a bottle of Dragon's Back, a medium-bodied Hong Kong craft beer, to pair with the dishes.
