Visited @abangcurrysg located at the new @jemsingapore Kopitiam Food Hall
What I tried
𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐮𝐟𝐟 ( 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 and 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨)
Both piping-hot puff has a lovely layered crust that is light and crispy yet not too oily, with just enough crunch to complement the filling. The curry has that molten-like texture with soft potatoes chunk while the sardine filling is super moist and lean towards a slightly sweet taste.
@abangcurrysg truly excel in flavour and texture!
