At Ginza Kushi-Katsu, they fry things up and we fell in love with the gyu-katsu (beef cutlet). ๐Ÿ˜

The Australia tenderloin was deep fried for 60 seconds at 210ยฐC to create the crispy and crunchy exterior yet keeping the meat pinkish with doneness at medium-rare.

All beef lovers would love this - we get to control the doneness with the heated mini teppan! ๐Ÿ‘ Watch the beef sizzle and its natural oil and juice surface, creating the ultimate gloss on the warm pinkish meat. The texture, the savory and sweet taste, every bite was a luxurious enjoyment. ๐Ÿ˜š

The Double Gyu-Katsu Rice Set comes with rice, potato salad, free flow cabbage, miso soup and dessert - mini panna cotta with kuromitsu (black sugar). There were mustard mayonnaise, rock salt and wasabi soy sauce to dip in for additional flavour. Never thought I'd say this but beef cutlet went well with wasabi. ๐Ÿ˜

P.S.: The Gyu-Katsu Rice Set is also available at $24.80 for 90g of beef fillet. Though it seems like an obvious choice for beef lovers like us to go for 180g.. haha!
