Expect 🐟 cuts like Maguro (tuna), Hamachi (yelllowtail), Salmon (sake), Hirame (flounder), Saba (mackerel), Hotate (scallop), Amaebi (sweet shrimp) 🦐, Tako (octopus)🐙, Ika (squid) 🦑 etc. Not the freshest I have tasted though.
