I Always order Ha Cheong Kai at a Zhi char shop.
Wok-fried French beans with sambal belacan and dried shrimps is so much win.
Probably one of the most interesting preparation styles of kai lan, this is most definitely a personal favourite.
Here's that other crab dish we ordered.
Fried chicken levelled up with prawn paste.
Sure, the beef was perfectly marbled and flawlessly wok-fried to the right doneness, making it such a joy to bite into.
I think it's not difficult to love deep-fried squid unless you're allergic to it or you're just a sad person.
Why go mainstream with gong bao when you can go slightly hipster with kam heong?
My personal bowl of comfort.
Try as I may, but it's just too difficult for me to stop raving about this crab dish.
Hold up, Imma have gone a little cray cray with this.
