The slightly chilly weather got me craving for some pipping hot soup, so a throwback to my virgin visit to Beauty in The Pot from a few months ago.

Loading up on nutrients and collagen from their signature rich broths, they were all delectable, pretty well-balanced and was not at all thirst-inducing. Shoutout to the lip-smacking Tomato base which was not sharp, pleasantly savoury and sweet! I also found a new love that is Fried Beancurd Skin and the trick to it for me is dipping it just under 15 seconds (depending how hot the soup is at that point in time) so it gets the flavours of the nourishing soup bases but retains some of the crispiness. So good~
