My friend and I also got their Wagyu Beef Steak ($68/100g) to share. Sweet, savoury and beefy, the protein was presented in the most intriguing way as they arrived as bite-sized rolls. Served with crisp Hokkaido garlic and snow salt, the thin cut was uber melty, succulent and tender. Although the portion was indeed small(pictured is 50g), the beautifully marbled and lusciously fatty beef was something to savour slowly.
