Their menu are mostly different, and are popular among the younger generation.
We had their signature dish, Special Barbecued Chicken in Kiln (Rmb128, Sgd25.60) which are usually sold out before 8pm. Chicken are marinated with their special recipe sauce and cooked traditionally in Kiln over 600degrees celcius to "lock" in the flavour in the chicken. The meat was tasty and flavourful and was so tender that it falls off easily. Perfect to go with rice!
We also tried the following items,
🦀Silver Cake with Crab's Eggs Sauce
🥕Carrot slices in Korean Kimchi Sauce
🥘 Macau's meat cake with Salted Fish
🐟 Pickled Fish in Sour Hot Soup
🍰 Lemon Cheesecake
Overall I find that the food was abit pricey but the food quality is good. Be prepared to queue though!
