This was from the set lunch menu. The salmon was grilled to perfection. Slightly crispy on the outside and moist and pink inside, this was really good. Loved the seasonal vegetables which accompanied it. Gaig has the prettiest crockery. Dining here reminds me of Spanish summers and it's a place you would want to linger for a meal.
